colored emblems

i'm thinking about putting on a set of red acura or honda or a combo of both honda/acura emblems on my rsx.

was wondering if any of you guys here already have different emblems on your cars and what would be the best way to go about removing the originals without damaging the paint and safley installing the new ones. i see a lot of them on e-bay. are those any good at all or should i always go OEM or JDM with these? let me know guys! thanks! :)

what the hell with 2 different emblems? how gay is that. why not put a Ford emblem there, it'll have the same gay effect.

Please reject the combo idea, that's as rice as you can possibly get (besides the ford emblem, ;) ) Also fyi, the Acura emblems available right now are smaller than the one the RSX uses. All the ones you see in stores or on ebay are meant for tegs or any of the older generation acuras (99-01 TLs, Legends, etc.). As for the "H" emblem, you're gonna have to buy the real type R JDM spec one which costs a bit for a silly piece of plastic w/ adhesive behind it. Plus, you're gonna have to convert everything just to keep it away from the rice side...(integra emblems, engine cover, the OEM wheel logos, etc.) SOOOO to save your time, just don't do it, haha, or wait for someone to make bigger Acura emblems. As for emblem removal, get a heat gun on low setting and melt down the adhesive a bit, you could try to pry it off with your fingers, but that'd suck, so try dental floss and just slide it through. Then heat up the sticky adhesive and try to clean it off the car as best you can, wash the area, then wax. Honestly, I just pulled that out of my azz, but I'm sure if you searched ANY Honda forum you'll find plenty of info.

My replacement acura emblem for the back is the exact same size as my stock emblem was. It's the easiest thing you could possibly do to replace it. pull the back one off and stick the new one on. It won't hurt the paint or anything. The only thing you might have to work on is that there are two holes from the original one. I just covered them with the new emblem but i know some people who have actually tried to fill them in. I guess it's just your preference.
