ok everyone so i wrecked my rsx a couple weeks ago 14k worth of damage but it wasnt my fault an im gettin it fixed for free i was also goin to get a kit put on but the guy thats doin the body work told my dad if the kit is fiberglass he doesnt reccomend putting it on because its a piece of shut an said that i should get a plastic kit.... now i thought the fiberglass ones weere better??can anyone help..? the kit i was gonna get was the BC2..

If you get fiberglass, a rock can dent it.
Urethane is stronger but will melt in places where it gets past 100 degrees.
The best is handlaid fiberglass. But that's pretty hard to find, so I would stick with Urethane.

handlaid fibenrglass is easy to find i.e. clubrsx store sells a lot of replicas in fiberglass

bc2 is handlaid..sucks tho but a rock hit my bumper and dented it and left a white mark so i put so touch up paint

i personally say abs plastic is the best... you can jump on it and it wont crack... and its light...

lol.. you do all know our bumpers are made of ABS plastic right? if ya dont believe me just look inside your owners manual

Good luck finding a body kit of abs plastic... There are all poly or fiberglass! And there are no poly kits for the RSX that will melt in 100 degree weather so don't let that scare you away.

www.absdynamics.com has both the c west kits and the type r kit in ABS plastic
