IMO it should without problems, but you'll need an adapter for cat back. Thats just me though... correct me if I'm wrong

if a type-s header (such as the comptech race header) fits on the base rsx then it will fit.

you may need to get a aftermarket swaybar that will clear it. You definetly have to on a type-s.

You need no sort of adapter to make it fit like the comptech race header has. Just buy it and bolt it right on to the cat-back.

which spoon header were you referring to anyway the 4-2 2-1 or 4-1?
