Engine Bay dress up "Q"

I am still new to the message board, so please dont flame me... ;)
I did a search on here and the internet before this post as well.....

What are the covers I see on the power steering resevoir? Most I've seen are labled "Spoon" So I went to "Hondawerks"?? To see if they had it, but I could'nt find them there eaither. Anyone help me out here? Thanks a bunch.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I know i've seen them on numerous cars on this board...so I know I'm not crazy. Anyone know where I can get these? Please respond if you have the slightest idea what i'm speakin of. Thank you.

Go to ebay and type in spoon resevoir covers. I think that you can buy them from spoon directly.
