Dash Cleaner on RSX

I am wondering what would be a good cleaner to use on the part of the dash board above the steering wheel. Its kind of like a rubber textured material, and seems to be a magnet to dust.

I used a California Interior Duster and it seemed to do the job well. They are about 10 bucks at Wally World (Wal Mart) or you can order them online.
