Hello fellow CRSXers... I have a problem and would like to know if anyone can help....

heres my story...

Not too long ago, I purchased a set of 19" AroSpeed RS/GT wheels from another member on this forum. His name on CRSX is RSXphobia. I sent him my money and have yet to recieve anything from him. Communication between him and I is not so great, he wont return my phone calls, emails, or instant messages. Supposedly, he shipped out the wheels with UPS (I have never recieved a tracking number or anything) but somehow the wheels got lost along the way. After that, suposedly RSXphobia filed a claim with UPS. Luckily he supposedly insured the package up to 2 thousand dollars. He was supposed to notify me when he got the check and when he was going to send me my money back. I know that UPS claims take around 6-8 weeks but it has been longer than that and I have not been able to get ahold of RSXphobia and I have no received any money back.

Question....

Does anyone know where I can find him? Has anyone delt with him before? If so, what are your experiences with him? What should I do if he does not follow through with the deal?

Heres the link to his For Sale Thread....

Any info you guys can provide would be much appreciated!
Thanks, Adam

Honestly, you had better hope that this guy is a good guy or you're out some money. :(

Was there a bill of sale or anything like that?

Welcome to adulthood, you may have just learned a very expensive lesson.
If he doesn't make good on the deal:
1. He's commited mail fraud and you can file a complaint with the USPS, for what good it may do.
2. Check with the company that issued the M/O and seek their advice on the matter, again for what good it may do.
3. If you have an address on him, consult a lawyer (an initial consultation for advice may be free or a small fee) and at the very least send him a registered letter about the matter.
4. Complain to the higher powers of CRSX since this person is selling stuff all over the For Sale forums and could possibly do this to others.
5. Note in your sig about your dealing with this member (but don't be ignorant!) and when you post, others will see it.
BTW, based on his CRSX rating, he's obviously pissed someone off!
