View Full Version : A-Pillars and Gague Pods
Here's a question that's been bugging me. There are two colors of a-pillars that you can buy for gague pods (black and gray). When I owned my Firepepper RSX, I had a tan interior and just assumed that whoever had a black interior had black a-pillars. Now that I have black interior, my a-pillars are gray. If you have a black interior, do you have black gague pods? What about your passenger side a-pillar? Is it grey still?
just paint the apillars black

If you get a black gauge pod, then you would still have gray for your passenger side pillar.
So does anyone actually buy the gray ones?
mine is carbon fibre, to match my dash kit, but just paint it to whatever you want dude

I bought a black one when I was turbocharged, and left the passenger side alone. You can always paint it black as mentioned - 10 minute process. Just wondering why you would need a gauge pod though :dontknow:

That's the 1 thing I hated about boosting... having all those guages around the place. Threadstarter, go buy an LCD headunit and use this:

No gauges to mess with, no wires or fuel/oil/vacuum lines to tap into. Just straight plug and play. 1 cable goes into the OBD2 port, the other to your headunit's video-in line.
