yeah, the key is not to bet all of your money every time. It slowly grows. It's hard to get it up to the $100 zone, but once you're there, all of the games are worth lots of money.

Not really. You have to be on the same levels. So I guess you could potentially set up two accounts and get them up to $xxx and then double your cash, but the other account would have to work its way back up.

Effective if you want the biggest return, but just as time consuming.
