So if you didn't know They are re-doing Halloween...which in my opinion is that they've taken it to far and etc. ....

However, they are re-doing the first one and the director for this film is Rob Zombie...so that just got me pumped up..I think he is an amazing director and knows exactly what do to and he will do an AMAZING job on this film!

I don't know, I loved House of 1,000 Corpses and Devil's Rejects. Especially the end of Devil's Rejects. I just can't see him doing something like Halloween. It's a stalker movie, and Zombie plays on gore.

Unfortunately I agree...i couldn't even sit through house of 1000 corpses because it was so freakin boring. i expect a remake of Halloween to be rob's biggest failure yet

i can't wait for Glen Danzig's movie to come out. that should be way better than any of the crap rob zombie has force fed us.

I disagree...about his movies sucking...but I do agree with one thing..people either HATE his movies or LOVE his movies..there's not much in between there. I think both his movies are great and he's different..so therefore his vision's for movies are different..he is great at 70's/early 80's horror..that's his fav. time period...I really think everyone will be pleased with the new Halloween...just wait and see is my opinion..it will be GREAT!

the movie looks promising. i don't like the fact that we can see his eyes so well. what made the original halloween so freaky was his mask and seeing the darkness in the eye holes.

just watched an "early screening" of the movie, so here is my review:

i thought rob zombie did a pretty good job with this movie. he definitely kept the gore down in this movie compared to his other movies and focused a lot on how michael grew up and why he is the way he is. the story pretty much mirrors the original halloween movie. however, there are many changes compared to the original that die hard fans will notice immediately (especially laurie strodes character). i'm a big fan of the original and was totally freaked out after watching it. the new halloween does have its scary moments, but i didn't find myself being frightened of michael myers in this new one. zombie made michael myers out to be too human. many scenes reveal that he still has the ability to reason, as opposed to the original halloween where he was 100% evil and uncontrollable. the music was awesome in the new halloween. as i was watching it, it felt like i was watching the original again. overall, i think you guys will be surprised how well this movie was put together. i've never seen any of zombie's other films, so i had no expectations coming into it, but being a die hard fan of the original, i think he did an excellent job in re-telling the story of michael myers

i just saw the workprint bootleg of this movie...the release is supposed to have more killings/a scene deleted/ and an alternate ending from what i heard...but i enjoyed the movie...chicks in the movie also had some nice tits..yessssssssss
