I use Lexol Vinylex for the Dash and Lexol Leather Conditioner for the Leather. It is one if the best products you can use on the interior of your car. The bottles look like this. (http://www.lexol.com/newauto.html) Here is some info on the webite about Vinylex (http://www.lexol.com/vinmore.html).

I want to learn more about using newspapers to clean the windows. I heard about people mentioning about it but I need more detail. Can you use any newspapers? The pages with more ink the better?
Thanks.

Basically you want those with less or no color print pages. The black ink used on the newspaper helps to prevent fog and dust to stick to your window(s).
In short, use those black/white pages of your paper.

Have u or anyone experienced threads after you cleaned the window with newspaper? and it will scratch the black plastic part like around the door panel. I tried that last time and it didn't seem as effective as before. and my panels got all scatched up by the dry sharp newpaper edge.....
About newspaper...
I never tried.. it just sounds unreal..
I use a high quality tissue paper called "Kimwipes" and 100% alcohol (ethanol) to clean the interior of all the windows. Perfect! ;) just be careful don't drive too fast after you clean the window in case a cop stop you and smell the alcohol.

Newspaper does work well. The real key to cleaning windows though is cleaning them in an area, like a garage, where the sunlight won't be hitting the car. Also, if the car's been in the sunlight, wait till the glass cools down a little before cleaning to prevent streaks.

I'm not sure if the rest of you noticed, but my car came off the dealer's lot with a fresh scent of rubbing alcohol and leather. Mmmmmmmm. I have mine just under a week now and I keep going out to the garage just to smell the interior. Mmmmmm. I LOVE that smell!
So, I think I'll clean the doors and dash with rubbing alcohol and the leather seats with Lexol.
(BTW, did any of you receive a free heat shield with your RSXs? My dealer "threw" that in for "free", which I highly doubt was an extra.)

Hi there
If you want to clean your interior like a pro, use a cleaner to properly remove dust and dirt. There are many products to choose from, meguiars has some very good products. If you want to use a conditioner like lexol Vinylex, be sure to clean it first, as these conditioners were never designed to clean. Look over the following link to fully understand interior cleaning: http://www.goodspeedmotoring.com/?page=interior_trunk
