ok this joker that i just helped put a b16 in his civic now says that his civic with i/h/e is a 1 car length slower than mine tops. i have an 05-s with i/rh/e.. i dont do the whole street racing thing on a daily basis trying to race any retard so i cant vin diesel solution this by "lining them up" am i crazy or am i right thinking that i should own him by 5+ at least.

what civic does he have, what does it weigh? I would say you have a good advantage with your bolts on. b16's are weak IMO. 5+ cars will depend on drivers. But I can see it happening if u go like 20-120. Let us know and be safe

I have a stock 06 S and have beat by buddies 93 gsr by 4 and my other buddies 95 gsr by 5 lengths we were all stock at the time so i would just ignore the guy with the b16

DX coupe wat EK or EG?? The only way he will keep up with you is if that motor was properly done in a EG hatch or CRX!!

My buddy's 92EG hatch with a B18C1 tuned at 178WHP run's 14.1-13.9 in the 1/4mile. weighs close to 2200lbs with him in it!!;)

dude, power to weight ratio really matters....if you have little enough weight even 145whp could be a quick car....it all depends on HOW much weight you have that 145whp to pull........also dont hate on his car cause it has bondo on it...so retarded when idiots make fun of cars with bondo thinkings its heavy or someshit...there's a body/paint shop next to my buddy's engine shop, and ive been there/hung around for long periods of time: bondo/filler is not heavy..granted when you have like 4 inches of it on yes, but if bondoed correctly, a car will not weight more at all...
also, im sure you will beat a b16 swapped civic there's no doubt about it, however unless he's an average driver and you're good, i dont think itl be any more than about 4-5 cars TOPS. anyways, you win are you happy? lol

Less weight will reduce traction though... Most of the fastest street cars out there still weigh in around 3000 lbs give or take 200.

that is true.. but the car(in this case b16 engine) has no tq, then traction problem will lessen ...

yup.....also you must take into consideration that these are two cars racing on the street and most likely from a roll, so its not as bad on traction
