Yesterday was a nice Sunny day and i washed my "baby". I cleaned and waxed her with a lot of "elbow grease". As i got done cleaning her, i had plans to meet up with buddies of mine. Well as I was on my way to go to the Base. Suddenly after getting on the on ramp after about 5miles, I see a car coming up pretty quick. Within a few seconds, he's flying past me probably doing about 85-90mph. I was doing about 65-70mph, all of the sudden as he passes me. He slows down quite a bit until were basically pacing each others speed.
Next thing you know were side by side, doing about 70mph. I look over and he's with a passenger, Him and his passenger both give me a smirk. I turned my head and look straight and drop it into 3rd at 70mph. I just took off and he bites as i do. As I hit 4th at about 80 I'm about 1car ahead and I shift to 5th at 100 and he's basically still about 1- 1/4 of a car right behind me. The main gate was about 2-3miles up ahead and the road was clear no one in front of us. Just a straight line shot to the main gate. I'm still ahead at 100 and keep it pinned to about 120 and shift into 6th gear and for some reason i had crazy top-end. I hit 140 within a matter of seconds after hittin 120 shift'n into 6th. I look back and he's about 3-4car's back. For some reason my top-end felt like it was boosting more psi than usual. As a we both reach the main gate and proceed to get on base, were both at the light and he gives me a thumbs up and i gave him a thumbs up X2. He turns to go the way to the Navy exchange and i go towards base housing.

Black Charger R/T decides to slow down and pace me.
I take off and he's right next to me as i hit 120 in 6th, my 6th Gear Turbo-Vtec kicks in and i pull couple cars quickly:laughing:
