He was behind me turning onto a divided hwy, tried the fly by. Part throttle (maybe 30%) short shifted at 6k and still pulled on him.

oh yeah, built and boosted k24/20 cybernation kit 60-1, 9lbs.

No. As slow as the 2v's are, a stock RSX will not pull one.

Stock 2v mustang GT's are slow, but there is no way in hell an M5 will lose to a stock RSX-S

the 03's have what 260hp stock? Ran low 14's?

anyway, it's the 1st car to try me since the new motor went in, just had to share.

I'd say a rsx would need at least i/rh/e to pull that year rustang.

i think just I/E with good driver would do the trick, the average new edges run mid to high 14's.

also dont forget that if the metro has dule carbs,,it will hit mid12s easy, so the rsx will have to have the jdm 7 speed tranny to keep up

both of these guys are members of CRSX, that rsx has a few mods and so does the GT.

The type s wasn't even close in that video.

the rsx-s had the extra person in his car and with no torque that hurt him a lot.

I'd say a stock 99 gt vs a stock type s is a drivers race. The 99's had the shitty 215hp 4.6 right?

Don't know what a "edge" is but the new GT's run mid to high 13's, no?

The 2 valves respond horribly to bolt ons so it was a fair video.

a new edge is 99-04 gt's and yes the new gt's (s197) run mid to high 13's on average and with great drivers run low 13's.

Pretty much anything from '73-'98 is a turd bucket in stock form.
