I have ordered JDM front Honda emblem for my 03 rsx for replacement of my stolen one by my Visa
After 3 days... they send me e-mail saying they need my bank phone number
so they can verify my billing address...so it's like they haven;t shipped out yet... i was like wtf! I have sent them e-mail with my bank phone number..
and now they sent this e-mail
"Sorry, on the yahoo store system, they can't check for this, we have to manually check and we check. We just have to check once and it will be done."
what do they mean by yahoo store system?? and check what??
i dont know..if this site is trustful...anyone had experience business with this

i have ordered from them before but i didnt asked any thing like that. they are also know as icbmotorsports.com. I have no idea why they would need your number unless you didnt have enough funds but im sure you made sure of that before you ordered.

Did you say ur billing address was different from your shipping address? Cus sometimes they will not bill and address different from the shipping.

that's not "wrong shit"... come on it's JDM, in the motherland, it's RHD.

that someone was about 4 topics below this one.....they ordered JDm pedals, not knowing that they had to drill out the actual pedals because they thought the whole arm would fit on a lhd car..

I've worked on a online store before. the reason that they check these things out is because people use fake credit cards to get free stuff and sometimes information doesn't match up. Just give them time and they will get it out to you. It sucks getting ripped off man, I have had it done to me when I shipped out something worth 350 bucks.

they fucked me with several things, lied about having stuff in stock, sent me the wrong item over and over again, (i'm the one with the pedal problem) and I'm not talking about the pedals this time. When I ordered the set it said it came with dead pedal, and it shippied w/o it , they also sent me some cheep type-r clip in thing instead of my two type-r side decals. When I called them they hung up after telling them my problem. I tried calling back but I got the "busy phone msg". I called them back next day and they said the power went after. After I explained my problem again, they wanted to help in a hurry. They sent all my stuff with over night shipping, and I got it the next day in Virginia, even thought they sent me the wrong thing twice with overnight shipping they payed for it, and said I could keep the false orders, they care about their customers I just think I got extrememly unlucky. I would trust them.

They moved to tempe, AZ. I've meet Matt and he is a cool guy. I ordered from them before and was treated nice.

In most cases any orders placed from out of the US will take time. They must first verify the funds are there as well as make sure the one ordering is the actual owner of the card. Trust me they do this for thier safety as well as your.

A while back a guy I knew had a shop. Some guy from outside the USA ordered like 15k in parts with a credit card. He processed the order and shipped. 2 weeks later he got a call from the credit card saying it has been stolen and they wanted thier money. He got screwed. Like I said it may be a pain, but they are protecting themselves as well as the card holder.
