i wonder why no aftermarket company hasn't released a replica yet, there seems to be a few out for the 05 but noone is making the replicas. I would love an authentic mugen lipkit but shit I can't afford to buy the lipkit and also have it painted :jigglemad

theres a guy on here asking ppl if they want a flexible fiberglass 05 mugen front bumper .. he has some1 making them or something.. but id rather wait for the replica.. no way im paying $1200 for the real thing just for a front bumper.. damnn

yeah, i got stuck with these... i was supposed to get hooked up w/ tein flex coilovers, bought the rotas for $200 for the track and sold my stockies for $500 to pay off the flexes. the teins never came, and i got stuck with these. :crying: (trust me, id rather be on 05 stockies) look at my other parts, its all authentic bling bling :thumbsup:

Function? There are bumpers that offer function (Mugen, C-West, etc.) but lips? And if its a direct replica then how is the aerodynamic benefits lost?

look at spoon lips for ek, eg, and dc2s. those lips don't serve a function? plus plus people buy real parts because of fitment issues. not aerodynamic benefit loss.

i wonder if any other companies will make lip kits for the 05

they're lagging it with the 05's. I wanna see c-west come out with a lip.

The ings stuff is awesome. My brother just got one of their kits for the 180sx in hybrid aero and it's just amazing. I won't ever buy replica crap again after seeing this stuff.

you guys may not like this.... but i didn't have the funds to buy an rsx, so i settled for an ep3. anyways, thats what made me do this. if there's anyone in cali who still wants to make the bumper it.... i can do it. it might take me a whole weekend, but i can do it. just giving you guys a heads up.

i say just buy a mugen style front, take it to a body shop, and tell them to make it fit.
