Ok guys here we go with a new themed thread. Hopefully this will be fun for everyone. The way it will work is I'll name a theme or object and everyone uses their creativity to capture the image. Lets try to keep the posting to talking about the photography.

Since it's cold out (at least where I am), lets keep this first one inside. Reason I picked a lamp is because I'm stairing at one right now and have a nice idea on how to shoot it. Once the thread starts to die down I can start another one. As always any ideas to better this thread are greatly appreciated.

The rules are there are NO rules. Post process to your hearts content, but be real about it.

SO GET OUT THERE AND FIND ME A LAMP!

How about this, every 2 days (24 hours) from the initial post the original poster picks the best shot and turns the reigns over to that person for the next topic. Does 2 days sound good enough? Too short...too long?

I'm thinking:

-Title of thread: **Daily Photo Challenge** or **Daily Photo Topic**

-Rules:
1. Start with a topic, and everyone can post their pictures representing that topic.
2. Everyone can add topics along with their pictures...and thread starter will update the list (in the first post) and it will continue to grow...
3. Once the day is over, thread starter will erase the old topic from the top of the list, so people can quickly see the NEW TOPIC.

:dontknow: something like that? I just cannot imagine how we'd be able to VOTE a winner with it being such short notice....and it would prove a hassle if we had to WAIT for the winner to choose a topic! My way, everyone can know in advance the next topic....

Maybe next to the topics...put the DATE in case the thread starter is too busy to update it. So we'll know what topic is for what day :dontknow: too complicated?
