how come kpro is a 1000 bucks, idk thought they where cheaper of crsx?

I could be wrong but the crsx pirce is before you get it tuned by hondata so its actually like 1300 or so. Not a 100% sure but thats what i think, so this is a pretuned kpro so it save you like 2 or 3 hundred.

Someone correct me if im wrong.

Once you download the software (Kmanager) it has preset calibrations... one is for the Greddy Kit 7psi 440cc injectors and i beleive it has a preset calibration for the greddy kit 10psi with 650 cc injectors. So it has 'tuned' base maps ... but this is where you are correct>>>>>>>:thumbsup:. If you want it tuned past the Base Calibrations... you will have to have it dyno'ed and tuned somewhere ... and where im from its $350 for a 2 hr tune at :giggitygiggity:GroundZero Motorsports... :giggitygiggity:

i thoguth people had to mail in their kpro to hondata before installing it. Is that when they upload the base maps?

Not trying to argue just trying to learn.

BTW this is a nice kit and that is a great looking rsx dorkzracing.

you only mail it to hondata to get the kpro put into your ecu.. the ecu that i'm selling already has kpro and the immobolizer is off... so it can go into any rsx. I've been running the "Greddy turbo kit with 650cc injectors" base map Street tuned and i haven't gotten a check engine light at all.
