is it possible to change the daytime running light bulb without actually removing the bumper?

shouldnt have to take off any bumper to change the lights, but even so.. should take 5 mins to take off and 5 mins to put back on

get a ladder and call about 20 *insert preferred minority here*
stand on ladder and hold light bulb
ply minorities with alcohol
wait until room stops spinning
