if the sp2 does well with r/h than i might just go with that cause my last exhaust had the baffles break which is not what i want happening again...angr2387, do you have both of them as one???

himrin1216 is on a distinguished roadhimrin1216 is on a distinguished road
get the sp2 .. with the ws2 under hard acceleration the baffles heat and and damage the muffler

and actually a very restrictive exhaust ...

if you half to go quiet .. then get a sp2

Thats only for the universal mufflers. In the catback applications, if the car is turboed then the piping will be bigger and a straight through muffler will be used. If it's a N/A then usually 60mm piping and chambered muffler.
just food for thought after all my tuning years and research.

i have ws2 and love it, no hassles from piggys but it is chambered the catback that is

got it for free so cant really complain,
but if i had to buy one id go with a straight through design

a lot of people on the exhaust thread say that the RSR**ExMag is a good exhaust because it is quiet and still gives you some power gains...is this true?

If your basic na I doubt you will be able to feel the power gain between a ws2, sp2, and Rsr. Get whatever you think sounds best. I have the greddy sp2 and love it, I do wish it was louder at times though, but then again I don't have a rh. Also might want to look into the Tanabe touring

I know u want a quiet exhaust, but it hards to beat the tone of the BC Pro Spec 65mm. I've had mine for about a week now and absolutely love it. The sound and performance is incredible, and it too is a straight through exhaust. It's the best sounding DC5 exhaust in my opinion. Not ricey or raspy, very deep and awesome

my SP2 has a nice purr to it...gives it the expensive exhaust note not that FART-can type of exhaust note that is on like 90% ppl cars nowadays.
*keep in mind this exhaust is for bolt-on mods*

go with sp2. its better looking than ws2. ive had sp2 paired with dcrh for 2 yr and ive never had problem with it or with the cops. sp2 is quiet at times but when the engine gets hot, you will hear some backfiring noise. iono if this is normal but when i shift at redline, it makes psshh sound (not like bov but sounds like a huge pressure coming out of the exhaust). there are also times that it pops and a bit of flame comes out. this is on an 05 without kpro or reflash.

I have a the Apexi WS2 and I love it. I think its a tad bit quieter than the Greddy SP2 though. My friend has the SP2 and it sounds perfect in my opinion. It is a quiet exhaust but gives off a nice clean hum when driving around town, and it sounds awesome when you go WOT.

In the end you can't go wrong with either one, but I would do it all over again, I would get the Greddy SP2 or Greddy SE.
