how to clean this off headlight lense

Just bought some used headlights from another rsx owner & one of the headlghts wasn't sealed perfectly so moisture would build up inside. How do I clean up the spots? Have already tried windex & plast-x....Suggestions?

buy the actual headlight lens cleaning kit that you attach to a drill

Get the 3M headlight restoration kit that connects to a drill. I was a dumb ass and didn't use the automotive painters tape and now I have a few scuffs on my bumper. I am an asshole
