03-20-2012 he wrote to me "bro its coming im sorry i made a mistake i paid for shipping again outta my pocket cause it was my fault its coming man your customs will have to approve it also like the first time bro". As he say, first time he wrote wrong address, and brakes came back.

BS, doesn't take 6months to ship and reship even if you have to go through customs. i don't think you can make a paypal claim now, usually you hav 45days and if it didn't arrive within then, i would have filed a dispute regardless of what the seller says.

Always charge with your CC. Doesnt matter if you paid 3 years ago. If you did. Take it up with your CC company.

this is probably your best bet. 6 months is a long time to wait to take action though.

Idk could be that if he's international they held it at customs and now he got it back and is sending it again, I worked at a post office, strange shit happens when stuff goes international, especially when sent the cheapest slowest rates...
