Mine is bypassed for years, and still working fine. It's still attached and plugged in.

The coolant just warms it up quicker in cold temps.

Looks like there is no easy way to test fuel pressure. I borrowed the us General fuel injection pressure kit but cannot find the right adapter out of like 20!

Thinking maybe to buy the part that connects to the fuel rail and then hack it up

Another thing, and I know you said you checked, is ground wires

Especially those from the engine to the chassis. Double and triple check them - don't just check that they're tight. Remove each one, sand the wire side and chassis spot, and re-attach

My car was down for nearly 3 months diagnosing an issue when it ended up being one of the ground wires from the motor. I saw they were tight and couldn't see how they would be an issue. I was convinced my ECU was toast and replaced it (kpro to AEM EMS2), same issue. Found the issue a few days later after sanding and reattaching each

I will definitely check. When I received the car there was a ground on the left side of the engine near the motor mount that was not attached. I did attach it back then and the car was starting at that time. I get your point

It seems like it is a fuse or ground or something like that as the car is just cranking and not even coming close to starting

That's almost exactly what mine was doing - it started with cranking but no (or rare) starts and moved to the starter just clicking (the solenoid) with a brand new starter

My suspect ground was the tranny side mount, but it could be any. I did clean and reinstall all though to be sure and never had an issue since

EDIT: My first hint this was it was that the ECU fuse was yielding very few volts when checked with a voltimeter. So it seemed the ground was causing issues with the ECU getting power and the motor from starting

The other side of this would lead to the body somehow. It looks like there's an open bolt hole just above the mount in the pic that this may lead to

I'll look at my car soon and take a picture, but may not be the OEM spot in my case

Okay so here are a couple of pictures where I have my passenger side attached on the body side. I believe this is the stock location (just with an aftermarket mount)

Thank you!
The ground wire loop is much smaller then that bolt though, and my mount does not have the extra hole as in the oem picture.

I guess I need to figure out where to ground, Thanks again

The one already on your mount can stay (should be okay). The other half goes on the inside of the frame stock, I believe. Otherwise if you can find a spot on the body to mount it, you should be good

Still, I highly recommend checking your other engine bay grounds to make sure they're cleaned up and seated well

I ended up mounting between the abs and the body. The other end was already connected.

I have checked the following
1. Fuel injector to valve cover stud
2. Negative battery to chassis
3. Passenger motor mount to chassis

Not checked - Transmission, don't see it

Could it be immobilizer related?

Did you disable the immobilizer in the kpro settings?

I hate to say this but niw it seems like a timing issue. If you're getting fuel and spark it should start. Pull the valve cover and check the timing chain if loose or broken. Make sure the timing marks on the cam gears lin up and the mark on the crank. Also I can't remember right now but did you check or replace cam and or crank sensor? Does the car have any trouble codes stored?

So here's where that ground cable should be mounted.
