Digital Distribution Block

I finished my battery relocation the other week and now all of a sudden my digital distribution block (Xscorpion DMANL3034P) is displaying a voltage of 0.00V. I know this is incorrect as I have a digital display on my positive battery terminal which reads the correct voltage and everything is operating properly. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this?

Doesn't that one have a small ground wire for reading the voltage? Maybe it has come loose or isn't making a connection.

Yep I thought the same thing. So I disconnect the ground to see if the display would still stay lite thinking "0.00 V" indicated a bad ground but the display turns off completely. So that's not the issue.

Update: The issue only occurs with the headlights on. The display works properly when they are off. I have Morimoto HIDs where the 12 V wire was connected directly to the battery. Now with the battery in the trunk I connected the 12 V wire to one of the two power screws in the under hood fuse box. Everything works properly except for the display. Fuses are good, ground is good...out of ideas.

HIDs = electrical noise. I'm guessing that the ballasts are interfering with the voltage detector thingy.
