but on another note, I ended up going with invidia RH and matched with my Q300.
I LOVE the combo the only compaint i have it the rattle that im going to have to fix.
One is under the shifter the mid pipe is to close to the bottom of the car and if down shifting under heavy load it smacks the bottom of the car and the other is the muffler hanger on the passenger side when i hit bumps and what not hit the trunk floor.

but the RH is AMAZING, no compaint there!
Sounds like you need a set of energy suspension motor mount inserts. That will fix it from hitting anything. Your motor is moving too much and will break your exhaust/downpipe. They are about $30 and worth every bit.

What sway bar are people using with the invidia header ? The header was rubbing against the stock sway a little in my boy 06 type s . Or should he get motor mounts/ inserts and leave the stock sway

id deff get motor mount inserts asap because all that jumping around with the header could cause it to snap, and just get both, dont be cheap, get a civic em2 front sway for clearance issues and get mount inserts asap

im having that same problem with the rattle now that I have both the invidia race header and the q300 exhaust you think that motor mount inserts would really solve that problem? because its the way the exhaust sits its always like you have to heat up the hangers and bend them down a little bit no?

where is your rattle at? is it the rear passenger hanger for the muffler? if so its hitting the body underneath and i bet it can be fixed with some rubber tubing cut long ways and zip tied on thats what i am about to do any way.

As far as a sway bar goes i have a progress front non adjustable and it seems to be doing fine for me and it was pretty cheap but my header is also rapped so i probably wouldn't hear it any way haha.

currently having the same problem with my invidia rh. bought the em2 front sway bar and it doesnt clear the rh. had to go back with the stock 06 front sway but it touching the header and pushing the sway bar against the chassis. im about to purchase the progress bar but not sure if this will fix the issue. anyone have any pics to compare the progress front sway bar against the 05-06 oem front sway bar?
