Turn Signal/Hazard Light Different Speed

The speed for when I use my turn signals are faster than that of the hazard lights. The hazard lights are going at the stock speed they normally go at, but the turn signals are going much faster.

I recently did a re-wiring where i turned my parking lights into turn signals. My parking lights will still turn on as parking lights, but will also blink when i turn on my turn signals. I no longer use the amber turn signals in front.

I don't think the rewiring is causing this, because if it was, shouldn't it of made my hazards blink faster too?

Anyone got any ideas on what could be make the turn signals itself faster?

maybe something is going on with the bulbs. when i took my car in for work, the guys there were worried that my bulbs were about to go out because my turn signals blink fast. i told them i swapped the relay though ... they told me for some cars, when the bulbs blink fast like that, the bulb is about to go out.

i have a question

wat the neg and pos on the relay becuz i jus bought a fas flasher thing that make ur turn signals go fast but i dunno which one is pos or neg, i also would like to kno wat the last slot is for bcuz there 3 meal peice on the relay!

plz help!

if its a standard relay...ones for constant power, ones the switch, others ground...better description or pics would help
