What the hell.....? Were you autoXing at an Acura convention or something? We get 1 or 2 Acura guys besides myself. And one of them is an NSX, so he doesn't count. Usually we have 100+ drivers at an event.

Hey man my friend who used to have a RSX-S is selling me a harness just like the one you have (same color and pads included.) for 100 bucks and it seems like a good deal since it costs around 180 new with pads or somewhere around there.

I was wondering do you like your harness? How does it worth with the stock seat? Slide around at all?

I was just curious because im kinda skinny...140 lbs. So when I sit in the stock seat I have about 1'' of room on each side of me so if im turning hard ill slide 1'' in the direction of the turn and hit the side bolster.

Last time i autoxed i was sliding around more than i wanted too and i was bracing my self when i shouldve been putting 100% effort on driving. You feel the harness helped?

Sry to get the thread off topic.

Autox rules!

"question, by saying "well setup alignment" what do you mean?"

front camber is -1.0
rear -2.1

2/16 toe in front
1/16 out rear

slide around at all? Or they held you tight? Sry im just really curious because i slide around too much and im thinking if i really tighten the harness that i wont slide around at all....i hate that feeling...sometimes when driving spirately on the street i have to use my elbow and put it against the side of the seat (right side) and it makes it a pain to shift when your elbow is back against the side of the seat trying to hold yourself from flying out of the seat!

How about a CG-Lock and a Torso Strap? That's what I use and it holds me in just as tight as harnesses for less than half the cost.

ive thought about it. Im getting it for a 100 plus pads so thats a good deal. Im saving almost 80 bucks and i dont have to pay shipping or tax since its from my friend.

Plus i think harnesses look badass!

I just got mine... installed but not raced yet. Just driving around late at night, it seems to hold great. I'll find out for sure at my next autox in a few weeks. Before i got my Schroth, I used some of that sticky rug gripper stuff (that holds ur rug on hard floors), cut to fit my upper and lower seat surfaces. It worked great - I'll see if i still need it after I try the harness, but right now it feels like I won't need it.
