Coilover Install Question

I was installing my ground control coilovers on my 04rsx-s. After I removed the cotter pin from the ball joint. Instead of hitting the control arm with the hammer, I hit the bolt and it popped out just as well. It went back in and everythign seems fine. I was just wondering if I caused any major damage to my suspension ?

This is what I did by mistake when I was installing my Mugen SS. Luckily I was able to get the nut started back up on the bolt.......after fucking with it for about an hour that is. Just got to be careful. Good luck bud.
