need help fast! Bird/geese urine!

I noticed some green spots on my windshield when I got in my car today. Looks like it is some geese (we have alot in my apartment complex) or bird urine. Then I noticed there were a bunch of dull spots all over my hood and front fender! All dried up too. I took my car to one of those touchless car washes that use high press spray and chemicals. The spots on the windshield came right out. However the spots on the hood and fender remain! I tried some Megs crystal paint cleaner, and some scratch x , both did nothing! WTF! I thought these products remove paint blemishes and oxidation?

Any suggestions? Ever happen to you?

you try like claybar or buffing then wax?

Got the same problem. NYC birds crapping poison on my paint.

Yeah thats about exactly what i have. Can't really see it unless its at the right angle. But hella ugly when you do.
