turbo + spark plugs

Whats up guys, Okay Greddy kit is going in tomorrow, and all the damn shops by me need to special order my NGK 2668 plugs (bkr8eix). I needed temporary plugs just to drive my car home from where im installing it, so i bought Bosch Platinum+4 4419 plugs.....Does anybody know if this is gonna hurt me at all? I mean its for nothing but a ride home...like 30 minute drive...What do you guys think?? Stock plugs fit Platinum +4 4418 plugs, so the 4419 plugs are one step colder also.......
