Compression Test, things are lookin' good =)

2002 Type-S, a year of boost with the Greddy kit @ 8psi. Things are lookin' good still:

Cylinder #1: 220psi
Cylinder #2: 220psi
Cylinder #3: 210psi
Cylinder #4: 205psi

Plugs were a bit whiter than I'd like, gonna replace those here soon probably.

Anyway, just wanted to share. Actual compression test only took about 30 minutes from start to finish by myself. Got the kit from Harbor Freight for pretty cheap, excellent investment. That is all.

nice, I had similar results when I 60K on my car too with the supercharger. Cyl 1 and 4 were 225 and 2-3 were 230.

K series are strong

Arent you suppose to let the car fully warm up and then do the compression test?

Yeah, I think I shoulda warmed the motor up a bit more (gone for a 5 minute drive or something), b/c the motor was still pretty cool to the touch after idling up to operating temp. That might be why cylinder 3 and 4 were lower than the first two......I was taking my time, and the motor had pretty much cooled off by then.

Might do another here soon for shits and giggles.
