Almost Done: More pics of 05 Turbo install

So we are 1 day from being done..

Only thing left to do is, wire injectors, get 90 degree angle silicone hose for turbo to intercooler piping, custom piping for throttle body with BOV, finish oil line. Everything is at my house but we will finish tomorrow. It has gone great so far, i will post finishing pictures tomorrow.

damn looking good. good idea using that egg crate sponge thing. i got a blower but i was just wodering what the rest of your exhaust is going to be like e.i. tube diameter, straight pipe to muffler or no?

To some questions...

Custom 3" dp with flex pipe (we cut it and tack welded it together, had a pro finish the welding)
Revhard turbo manifold

Hmm interesting location for the oil return line nipple. I would think that's better than tapping into the pan (since it's higher) but any experts care to comment?

I think daniel has also tapped to that location. somewhere around there anyways.

To the threadstarter: did you drop the pan to do that? plan on running a 45 elbow to that fitting? how are you going to route the return line?

Also, that DP IS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL!!! Where did you pick up your revhard mani and how much if i might ask?

Ron at ips was one of the first to use that location for an oil return, a long time ago too
