Ive been actively playing since Forza 1 and no bullshit i can tune like a madman.

this is an ECOTEC-Vs-VTEC tournament.

so it will pretty much be a team race, which ever team holds the most points at the end fo the series wins.

VTEC lost this one...

only race they won was the first nurburgring race and even then it was an ECOTEC in 2nd and 3rd.

all other races the ECOTECS dominated, especialy the 1/4 mile drags.

what other cars can be ecotec the cobalt ss and what else?
solstice and sky right?

with no modification restrictions the vtec's should have shit on em.

No restrictions at all...

ECOTEC cars in the race were the ION Redline, SKY Redline, Solstice.

VTEC cars in the race were a 98 TEG Type R with a K20, 94 civic hatch with a K20, S2000, and an RSX Type S.

Im an experienced Tuner on forza and even with the higher horsepower hondas tuned the highest point still arent as fast as the ECOTEC cars tuned to the highest point... unless its above 180-200mph depending on the tune of the ECOTEC car.
i did notice however the 06 si in the game starts to pull away from my ION Redline after about 140-150mph... but thats whith aero parts on my ecotec and not the civic.

Suspension and gearing and weight are HUGE factors in the game and adding body kits or the functional Aero parts add ALOT of weight... granted they help the car with cornering but it kills accelleration and top speed by adding so much weight. You also have to tune your gearing to match whatever suspension or aero setup you have on the car.
Launching technique really makes a difference too... but ive noticed the VTEC cars in the game probably have the worst traction problems of any other car in the game...im guessing its because they are so light it causes massive wheelspin.
I also tuned most of the cars that were on the ECOTEC team.

If you would like to test it for yourself we could line up your VTEC cars-Vs- My ECOTEC cars.

We were racing 4cyl only races... the NSX-R is more competition for a Camaro SS or GTO than a 4cyl ECOTEC.

fuck the k20 in the game. i have an untuned honda teg R with street displacement charger full ups on stock b18 and it's quicker than a tuned k20 eg hatch i have with about the same
