I'm not sure if theres a set power level. It really depends on how you drive it. Some guys have broken after launching there stock car 1/2 a dozen times, others have had 450whp s2000's still running the stock rear end; with out any problems.

In my '00 I've launched at 8k+ for over 5 years now, probably more then 100 trips down the drag strip, auto x events, running it on the street, etc.. And still haven't had a problem with mine. I don't really think anyone can give you a single answer.

thats because it was only on 15-16 psi when it was on the street...
