i love fishing, i just bought a load of missouri's and i prepared my river rod. i like fishing back river, next to the dam for wananish, bass, perch, and trout. fishing is awesome. my uncle has a huge boat with a 105 hp motor. sometimes we go to big lakes and fish largemouth bass and lake trout and landlocked salmon.
FISHING FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pike and walleye are great fish. I've been to Canada and done a 3 day trip fishing for them and muskie. Never got a muskie, bu plenty of good fighting pike and some great tasting walleye. One of the tastiest fish I have ever had.

Trout fishing can be the most exciting type of fishing out there, just dont fish bait.

For all of you guys:

What do you fish for?
What's your tackle look like?
Where do you fish?
Own a boat, kayak, float tube, etc?
Anything else..?
Bass, trout, perch, walleye
a few lures, mainly rubber worms & such - they work the best for bass.
PA, NC, SC & VT
No, but I'm looking to buy something this year.

I love fishing, very relaxing.
In PA I can fish in the mornings alone and watch the bears eat/drink along the lake. 5 miles off the nearest paved road up a dirt mountain road.

Btw, here's my new personal best largemouth. Weighed in at 8lbs 14oz. caught him last night on a suspending jerkbait. He looks smaller when i'm holding him so my buddy got the idea to hold him up too. You can get a much better idea of his size while my friend is holding him.

That's a good sized bass.
A guy I know caught a 9lb but threw it back, it was a female full of eggs.

My best is just over 6lbs, but I don't fish as much as I'd like too.

As expensive as it is to have fish mounted, you might as well just take a picture with the fish and throw it back. It's stupid expensive.

I <3 Fishing

What do you fish for? Basically anything saltwater. croaker, striper, bluefish (so fun to fight), makerel, mahi mahi,drum,flounder...

What's your tackle look like? Just the basic saltwater lures i.e. sassy shad, stetch's. Cut bait is used often so just an array of hooks to do some onsite rigging. Our rods range from surf rods to bay rods to offshore. We have about 4 of each

Where do you fish? Mostly out of ocean city/ indian river inlet

Own a boat, kayak, float tube, etc? Its my dads boat. 24' Polar Center Console. Its a great boat. Very well made

Anything else..? Umm...its finally warm around here and i havnt been fishing yet! AND the boat is in the water for the season so now I can drive my litte RSX to go fishing lol

Went fishing yesterday on the river. Tried to warn the lady not to use corn for bait (for trout) cause it was illegal, she said "we'll be fine" 3 mins later & $130 fine later, they left.

Talked to the game warden for awhile, pretty nice guy.

I'd die for some blue fish right now. They aren't as big down here as they would be in the northern states. Squid? I don't even think we have that down here. I buy all my squid.
