Uego install pics...
Install was pretty simple, took less than a couple hours. I installed it onto a pod on the steering column, which many of you saw in the video of it above. To do so, I also relocated my boost gauge to the pillar during the install. Pretty much the extent of the install... the blue and white wires from the gauge to not need to be wired in, you only need to wire in the power and ground. ![]() Put the front of the car up on stands so you have access to the O2 sensors underneath. Pull out the secondary O2 sensor and then diable it in Kpro. It's only used for emissions, which none of us turbo guys are going to pass anyways. ![]() Tuck the gray connector from the secondary O2 away and tape it off if it will make you feel better since it will be exposed to weather. ![]() Ok now you will be looking at putting the Bosch O2 sensor for the wideband in, you will need to figure out where to run the wiring to get it up into the cabin and to the gauge itself. The easiest place to gain access to the Bosch sensor is from inside the cabin by the shifter cables. There is a large grommet there that you can go through and the wiring will come out right underneath the car almost exactly where you need it and then you can connect it to the Bosch sensor that's now in the place of your secondary O2 bung. This picture shows with a flathead screwdriver through the grommet where the wiring will come out underneath the car... almost dead on where you need it, hardly any routing. ![]() ![]() Bosch O2 sensor in... ![]() The black connector in the back of this picture is the connector that hooks up to the Bosch sensor and then the wiring from there will run up and to the back of the gauge itself. The wiring on the Bosch side of the conenctor isn't long enough to pull it up into the car so connect it here and tie it up and out of the way. ![]() Now you're done underneath the car. Up inside the car you should now have wiring from the Bosch O2 running through the grommet by the shifter cables. This grommet is on the passenger side so run it across through the center console and pull it out on the drivers side like shown here... ![]() Now pull the shit out of your car that you will need to in order to access wiring underneath the steering column. ![]() Pulled off the apillar pod to remove the old a/f gauge and move the boost gauge from the steering column over to the pillar pod. Was as simple as extending the wires that were already there for it. ![]() ![]() Gauge in column pod... ![]() ![]() The wiring that you previously pulled over to the drivers side just clips into the back of the gauge, so route it however you'd like under the steering column and then connect it up. Then the other connector on the back of the gauge is to the open ended red, black, blue, and white wires that were visible in the first pic. Like i said, you only wire in the red and black for power and ground. Personally I just tapped in the power and ground the the wires I already had in place for my other gauges, however you can run them wherever you'd like. ![]() Then put all of your panels back together and see if it works. Gauge in action... http://videos.streetfire.net/video/U...vie_633662.htm

So if I were to get a custom exhaust, all I would need is 1 o2 sensor bung?

cool i will definitely be using this for my prosport wideband. im confused though, steve. You have to pry that bitch down to slide the wiring through?
oh yea i also have another question.. i have the autometer triple pillar... ive got all my gauges on it and loomed up and ready to run the rest of the wiring when i star my install. i tried to test fit it back in but its a fucking pain in the ass and i havent really gotten it snug back on. do i need to take off the rubber trim piece along the pillar to fit it in right?

Is your pillar pod already attached to the stock pillar? You should drill 4 small holes on the corners of both the stock pillar and the gauge pillar and then use those clips they gave you to hold those two together, then pop the factory pillar with the gauge pods now mounted on it, back in.
