Story of my trip to the track tonight:

There were actually two other rsxs there tonight I hadn't seen before. One was another ABP that I ran against on my 2nd pass. The other was a black one, the dude tried to do a burnout on street tires.

Video of my third pass, right after this pass my battery shit on me and I wasn't able to run the remainder of the night unfortunately. Very pleased with it for only 3 passes. Definitely feel like I can shave another couple tenths off the time too. I had the boost turned down about 3 psi on these passes and my 60' times could be improved.

remember at 11.49 you need a roll bar and new seat belts

Nice runs. Too bad you couldn't do another run with the boost at 19psi, I bet that would have helped a lot.

What are you going to do about the battery? Maybe you could do what Kevin did with his car and put the battery in the front right with Brian's battery tray.

Had my car not died at 5:45pm I was hoping to get my 60' down to a 1.7. I think Brian hit a 1.70 last time we were there. That would help tremendously!

I was hoping with the boost at 19 upped from 16 and with some practice on the 60' I could at least leave with an 11.7 by the end of the night but oh well. I'm still thrilled at how consistant and how well she did!

I think for the battery I'm gonna get a new one in the next couple days, mount it in the back so I can go to Bandimere on Sunday and stuff. And then in a couple weeks I'll probably tear out the interior, undo the wiring and wire it over to the passenger side wheel area and hit up Chris for a tray.

Yeah that's good to see that it's running consistent.

Good luck on Sunday when you go back to the track. Hopefully you can get some better times with the boost upped to 19 psi.

Hey Chris, can you guys possibly bend exhaust piping at the shop? My B-Pipe on my exhaust will sometimes bang against the frame of the car and I wanted to get it bent out of the way so it stops that problem. I was thinking about hammering the frame in a little bit but didn't want to go the cheap route. If it's possible how much do you think it will cost me? Thanks.

we can't bend anything but we can do anything with heat and pry bars.

Having a working trans and working launch control makes a huge difference. I was also slipping the clutch a bit when I launched which also helped with consistancy.

I bet the gears ratio's helped a lot too, having the longer first gear will help you use more boost
