shifter cables

i was wondering if it is possible to tighten my shifter cable? if any one out there knows how then i would appreciate it if the share the info

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve ?.. is it loose ?. the cables themselves aren't adjustable no, but original or solid bushings are available.

shifter cable bushings are all you need
Shifter box bushings and add on Short shifters are a waste of money!

i dont know my second gear wont go in sometimes but if i push my stick right up against the left wall and shift it down then it is a 80% that it would go into gear. if i just go straight down from 1st gear and dont push all the way up against the wall then itll just grind, but every other gear is perfectly fine
