02-04 ABP lowered, blackouts and small OEM spoiler coming off rt. 100 onto Mountain Rd around 4:15pm today, Also 02-04 NBP Aspec kit and wing, Honda Emblems and enkei wheels all fucked up outside of some bodyshop on Ritchie hwy.

I spy'd a newer Honda Accord Sedan cop car that had someone pulled over by the Columbia Mall, I almost cried. I can't believe to po-po are using Honda's now...
