ported and polished?

im want to get my head ported and polished but im not gonna make my car all fast, how much hp gains would i get if i just ported and polished my head nd kept everything else in my motor stock? i have a cai and a catback. and im gonna get headers

Based on your priorities (I guess?, because have no clue what "all fast" means...), any type of head work would be a waste of money.

seems completely pointless to me if ur not going to heavily mod your car. If you really insist on doing that then u might as well build the motor since ur going into the interior motor. Cams springs retainers if ur going to do that, and rods and pistons as well fugg it.

Id say just keep it simple with I/RH/E and youll be cool. All that porting and polishing is a lot of work, time and money for minimal gain.
