Car leak on driver floor?

So i just bought an 05 rsx type s!!! theres been non stop rain for about a week and in noticed the driver side floor is all wet!!! i know its not da heater core cuz its and the passanger side and its water!! i dont know if its the molding on the window were the water is coming in from of by the friewall!!! Doea anybody else have any similar problem? I dont want to get the molding on the window checked or redone and get charged a nut, and the problem still not fixed!!! Any suggestions

have the same problem on my 02. I believe it was coming in thru the wheel well and the firewall. just plug every last hole. You also have the wiper to the rear running along the drivers side so look for leaks there. Did you have any after market stereo (amps) installed. Running power cables through may have opened up a hole for water to get in also.

Sounds like your moon roof train tube came unattached.

Cool FounD dA ProBLeM!!

So, I was messing with da car and found out dat the car was not leaking through the windshield molding but a wire dat leads through the fender !!! It is located behind the front driver side tire, and the wire leads under the dash!!!It leaked insde on the driver floor by the clutch!!! The water would run along the plastic protecting the wires!! Im bout to fill the hole with silicone!!! QuicK FiX!!!! NexT, JdM EmbLeMS!!!
