Ok so I’m not sure if I’m in a appropriate place to post this but last Thursday I sat down and ordered quite a bit of stuff and even a couple items from the wish app and everyone knows how slow it take to ship

Well it’s bin 5 days now and all the other websites I have orders from have bin sent and in its way and I get emails like the website will let me know when shipped and provide tracking numbers

Well the only website that has not responded even thow the website states that your items will be shipped and ready to go in 24-48 hrs it’s going on to start day 6 and out of all the parts the parts I orderd from them are the only ones I need to get back on the rd other stuff was oil and filter etc Amazon was first then eBay for my filter next should be hybrid racing and maybe wish will get here before I here results from hardmotion.com
I got a shave cylinder and a shifter pivot ball and spring !

I have left them a message I called the caller if I’m my phone says Wisconsin but their website says they are in Florida! Emailed them more then once and still nothing not telling me anything

Has anyone else here have problems with this website I did allot of research and people said that this slave cylinder was the one to get so I did now I’m afraid I’m out $100 for them both any ideas what to do if I don’t hear back from them Friday morning give them a whole week or what do you guys think ?

Definitely not the correct part of the forum to post this in lol. Scam advisor has it listed as a trusted website.

Maybe the parts were back ordered or they shipped and you didn’t get the notification. I’ve had the second scenario happen on several occasions.

In your next correspondence with them, you can mention that you’ll be disputing the charge with the bank if you don’t hear back from them within x amount of days. The thought of losing a sale/money should light a fire under their ass.

This usually works really well. Let them know that you want your packages or you will be disputing these charges. Hardmotion has been around a while and they used to have pretty good customer service. But at the same time, you can't really compare them to eBay and Amazon. Keep blowing them up so that you receive everything you ordered and just never order from them again. Water under the bridge at that point :thumbsup:

Also, Monday was a holiday and that could be the cause of the delay. If you placed the order Thursday, processing began on Friday. Needless to say, Sunday’s aren’t a part of the 24-48 hour period they are stating and that would make today the first day after their estimated processing times. Regardless, I think you’re just being impatient and you should give them the benefit of the doubt.

I understand what you mean yes but when I emailed any other place they replied the same day or next day when you call their number only get voicemail but no one ever answer well it’s a Wisconsin number and they say they will get back to you and let you know well after 4 emails and calling them no answer ! And is this guy serious i hope he is just fucking around about being like pornhub ! And sorry I did not know if that was the right place or not I apologize I looked some maybe night hard enough I guess but I thought it was the best option dang my bad !

And I’m giving them till frriday I think having to wait for items 2 weeks when they are in the states and being shipped in the states is redicoulis eBay got my package in 4 days after I orderd it and my oil from amazon I order 1 day after all this stuff came 2 days after that order so really it’s all about customer service in getting them together witch was 2 things ! And to send them out ! They must be real unorganized and I looked on Facebook it’s some 20 year old running the place no wounder as well ! Eather way I will never order from them again even if I get my package ! And if it’s the wrong package I’m not even dealing with sending back I will just call my card and dispute it! It’s just plain bad customer service ! If I own a business or manage a business you reply to customers within 24 hours that’s good Custer service even if you don’t have a answer for them you reply and tell them a reason and communicate
