Bracket name or part #?

I have a 2005 Acura RSX Type S. When I was changing my oil for the first time on this car I was accessing the oil filter from the engine bay and unknowingly broke the braket off that clips onto a larger hose and then attaches to a smaller cable. The photo below is of my buddie's '06 which is of course the same engine layout. You will see a blew nut going through a black bracket in the middle left of the photo. This then has a black piece that goes around a larger hose and then has a bolt and clip on a smaller line. I need to replace the entire bracket assembly on my car. Anyone know the name of the bracket etc or a part number? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Two pics of my car with broken/missing parts

These next two photos are of my car in comparison to the first picture which is how it should look. I meant "blue" above and "bracket". Darn auto correct isn't on apparently. LOL. At any rate here are two photos of my car with a bolt and bracket missing. Just don't know what to call the replacement part(s). In these two photos you can see I'm also missing a bolt, and the smaller line is hanging freely and not attatched to the big hose as in the first photo in the original post.

I believe this is #19. That's the PS hose if I remember correctly? (too lazy to take a peak at mine, sorry bro)

It's the assembly and bolt that connects the power steering hose and main throttle cable I believe.
