New to the scene

Hello I love to ride with my music loud but I just don't have the right stuff yet. I have a after market stereo but the speakers are stocked and I think the amp is also. I was wondering what speakers and amp should I get??

I use the BM5 HIFI BASS Power AMP Rechargeable Portable Speaker. I bought it online.

This ^^ is a loaded question. The first place to start is ...Budget, what is your budget?
Second, we cannot tell you what to get specifically, I mean sure we could but everyone has their own preference on brands, and again the budget will dictate some of that.

Each person replying could and probably would have a different answer of "what to get"

True!!! I get what you mean. I just wanted ideas. I'm new to the car scene and there's a lot I wanna do. To answer your question tho I'd say $1500 is my budget for audio.

Considering the RSX is a small car, you really don't need a lot for your music to sound good.

I replaced mine with Kicker KS speakers and Kicker KST tweeters on a Pioneer double din (25-30 watts each channel I think) and it sounds great with a $30 sub pushing 400 watts. I'm considering another amp to push the speakers, but I've been happy with my setup for two years now. Cost me less than $500.

Check out this link. It gives a quick summary and will maybe give you an idea of what speakers you want.
