2003 Acura RSX Type S Supercharged

Hi I am new to the forum so let me know if I’m doing anything wrong 🙂. I am looking at a 2003 Acura RSX type s with a Jackson racing supercharger, an injun cold air intake, and a hondata k-pro. What I was wondering is, is it bad for the engine to not have an inter cooler for the supercharger? Could it be damaging the engine and not be a good idea to buy? Thanks!
