JRSC installation manual

Sorry if this has been asked before, I've tried searching the forum and through google but could not find it.

Does anyone have a copy of the JRSC installation manual for a 03 type S that they can share with me. I am a second owner of the car, and do not have the original copy. A mechanic buddy of mine is helping me with some work on the car where the supercharger needs to come off, he was not the one who put in the charger and could not figure out how to take it off.

I've tried Jackson Racing themselves, and they deferred to Moss Motors. Called Moss Motors and they said they do not have it either.

I actually emailed Moss Motors a few weeks ago and they sent me one. Mind sending me a message over Instagram with your email? I'll email it to you. It's a good reference, but lacks clear photos.

I'm familiar with the one you are talking about cause I tried to use it during my install lol. The link I provided was one of the main ones I followed. There were others, but I'm sure those sites are no longer active. Are you stuck on something in particular?

Oh I'm good. I was referring to OP. I don't like to use the PM system on these forums... They're so outdated now!!

Thanks guys for the information and sorry for the late response

We are having trouble with the bolt in the middle (circle in red) that connects the intake manifold to the block. We can get to the 2 bolts on the sides but no way in hell that one in the middle.
Is the supercharger and intake manifold supposed to come off as one single piece?

You have to remove the fuel rail first to get access to that bolt. It's a PITA, but only thing that gets in there is a wrench. Once all bolts are pulled there, you have to uninstall the support bracket underneath the blower manifold and then you can pull off the blower and manifold in one piece.

Thanks, sounds like PITA already. How long is that bolt? How is it even possible to get it in there during initial installation without any space to even fit your hand? Did you use a magnet to guide it into the hole?

It's long... It doesn't come out. As you loosen it, it we will eventually unthread from the block. Reinstalling is tough as you have to line up the blower manifold, catch the easier ones first, then catch that one last and thread with like 1/8 turns with a open ended wrench. Its not fun, but can be done.

Thanks for the information. Last question, the support bracket underneath the blower manifold. I did not see this easily. Do you have to take out the radiator/AC condenser to get to it?

For me, no. I don't know your setup, so I can't say it will be the same experience for you. Best bet is to get under there and look. If you have an aftercooler (I don't), I'm sure it will be a bit more difficult with the additional hoses.
