Spark Plugs Replacement

Recently changed my spark plugs the other day on my 2003 Base Auto at 95k. Just curious for some feedback on the ones I pulled out. Not really sure if these are in bad shape or not.

Garage
1st one on the far left - looks like the cylinder is running just a hair rich - light dusting of black soot at base of body near the threads and the electrode is lacking the light tan/gray color.
2nd form the left - looks normal running at optimum temperature
3rd from the left - looks normal running at optimum temperature
4th from the left - looks normal running at optimum temperature

From the photo all electrode gaps looks a little excessive - you should measure them just to see how much larger they are compared to the recommended specs. But what the heck they have 95k miles of wear.
