Rear caliper replacement

I have an 03 rsx, and don't have a lot of experience with cars, I found how to do the basic parts but I'm stuck on the parking brake line, how can I get that off, does the piston loosen the tension spring or did I really mess something up? Base model. Automatic.

You have the brake released right? Pretty sure all you have to do is remove the cable clip on the bottom, then push the lever down to release the end of the cable. Think I used a screwdriver to compress the lever and slide the end of the cable off.

Look a little deeper. There are two 10mm bolts that hold the bracket on that holds the cable. Just undo those and getting the cable out is easier.
