ITR Brembo Replacement Rotors application???

Has anyone found a replacement ITR Rotor application for blanks like from Brembo??? I'm not talking about the King Motor sports slotted 500$ a pair ones, or the Grand Tourismo Brembo kit, I'm talking about the ones which make you get a +60mm offset for the ITR rims which are 17x7... There should be some available for like 100$ a pair from a Brembo dealer...

Any ideas? I think I'm going to have to take the rotors off and take the measurements before it's time to get new ones... then use that to have a brembo dealer order me some, but I was hoping that someone could steer me in the right direction to save me the hassle since I KNOW mine are going to be seized like shit on since they were pretty well rusted when I got them...

Thanks, Oce

Hey if you have the rotors off, can you take measurements for us?

http://www.brembo.com/CatalogoBrembo...=NoModifyGuest

you can search the application list by dimensions...

Ř: Disc diameter
TH: Thickness
MinTH: Minimum thickness
A: Overall height
B: Centering hole diameter
C: Fixing holes number

Ř: Disc diameter 11 3/4 in
TH: Thickness 1 in
MinTH: Minimum thickness ?
A: Overall height
B: Centering hole diameter 2 1/2 in
C: Fixing holes number

for C, i assume they mean how many holes are used to attach the toror to the hub by screws.. in this case, there are 2 holes used for the screws (beveled cut out), and 2 regularholes perpendicular to them that aren't used

We need the dimensions... so I was hoping the people with the spare rotors lying around could measure them... I doubt stoptech would know off hand. And someone with the ITRs already talked to brembo and they said they needed the dimensions.

Folks I think the best idea is to have hats made

Folks I think the best idea is to have hats made, and use Wilwood rotors. There like $50 each.

As there seem to be enough interest we should look for a manufacture to give us a good deal.

Who would be interested in this ?

The lack of a reliable source for rotors is what’s really holding me back from doing this conversion. I’d be interested in the Wilwood solution or a JDM source for new replacements.

The rep at Brembo USA were of no help to me when I asked for a Brembo rotor for this application at SEMA. The rep was like, get the Gran Turismo kit, it's much better! Argh!

What you pay for a two piece set up ?

What would you pay for a two piece set up ?

I’m down to my last set of front rotors and by the end of this year will be forced to source from Japan or make up a custom aluminum hat and use willwood rotor.

There is a local machine shop that can do this as a one off. Or I could have it modeled at work in CAD and get them mass produced. I think I would need to do 4-6 sets to go down this path.

The two piece setup is sustainable and the rotors are around 50 each.

If you’re serious, please let me know.

As well if you are reading this post you probably have the DC5 Brembo setup.

Things I have learned sorting out my setup.

Type-S master cylinder is same as Type-R, Same for booster.

PROPORTIONING Valve is part number 46210-S5A-812 and is available in North America (don’t know from what car hope to find out today)

ABS Control module is different or at least does not have the same part number as any NA unit. It’s part number is 57105-S6M-J50 ( I think that ABS ECU could be tuned differently for the ITR setup.)
