Well tried the dry ice technique. I dont think my dent is big enough for it to work, or it doesnt work at all. I'm thinking about buying a PDR kit.

some lady opened her door to much and dinged my front right fender, is there any way to pull it out, b/c i tired buying those suction cup things and its not working. should i jus buy another fender?

I am in the Baltimore area, and I tried Ars Dent Repair https://www.arsdentrepair.com.
But they did a wonderful job by removing a big dent on my RSX for $350 other shops refused to touch.
Not sure if they have a shop at your place, try Google it

I know this post is old but it may help some of you.
First, i would try heating the panel with heat gun and then cool it down with compressed air. This method works great. Also if dent shallow try to remove panel and access it from backside. Push it out with your hand. This should minimize the size of your dent.
