tein springs sitting lower than usual

I have an 05 type S. I have tein S springs and koni yellows. the rear is sitting way lower than they are suppose to. the rear tires are under the fender tucking. what can be causing the issue?
the car went from OEM springs and shocks to the tein springs with the koni shocks

Can bad bushings be the cause? I read that blown shocks wouldnt lower the car, that the springs is what the car sits on.
any ideas? ill post a pic later today

thanks,
Roger

After checking everything under the car nothing seems to be loose or bent
Can the springs wear out and loose their stiffness causing them to get lower,?
Im brainstorming here as not sure what might be causing the issue
Any ideas?

I checked and springs were authentic Teins, after checking more with my mechanic, he mentioned if the springs were preloaded when they were installed, and apparently they were not.
after doing that, it did raise the car.
